Gary Halperin is a certified Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Meditation Teacher and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1994. He is the author of
"Feel Better Now...Meditation for Stress Reduction & Relaxation" and the creator of the "Feel Better Now Yoga" DVD. He has taught yoga and meditation to thousands of students at 4-star resorts, destination spas, corporate and government retreats, and privately.

Gary was the Spa Director at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, North Carolina and the Spa Programs Director at the Coolfont Resort in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. He was a resident, practicing a yogic lifestyle, at the Kripalu Center Ashram in Lenox, Massachusettes for 3 years. He graduated from Amherst College and served in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic.

Gary is a stay-at-home dad to three daughters born in 2003, 2006, and 2007, one of whom has Down Syndrome.
