I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and have been teaching since I was 18. I first started teaching classes at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and I have taught yoga at many other large organizations and small studios since then. Last year my yoga journey took a wonderful turn when I started Hyp-Yoga with 2 other wellness professionals. I am a National Guild Certified Hypnotist and my passions for both hypnosis and yoga fussed together so naturally into the Hyp-Yoga Class format. We have 2 studios in Omaha, NE and have a DVD Weight Loss Program available nationally, that combine the power of hypnosis and yoga to bring our students powerful results in many different areas.



Your classes here include mixed level, flowing yoga classes followed by hypnotic suggestions. Hypnosis is very relaxing and is very similar to guided meditations. The difference between the two is that hypnosis makes a point of opening up your subconscious mind to make permanent changes in your body's functions and behaviors.
