class description
The energy in class this day was fantastic. We ended up going with a real strong sequence that involved a boat load of twists to help wring out all the toxic crap trapped in the spine. A real big release for the lower back, all within a full-body vinyasa flow.

class description
This was a late-night class that was really focused so I decided to take it deep into the hips. You'll get lots of hip-openers here -- warriors, frog, pigeon, cow-facing, double pigeon, and a few more -- all within a complete, full-body flow.

class description
This class was an absolute pleasure to teach. I don't know what it was about this night, but it seemed like every single person in the room was on the exact same page. The class rolled along fluidly at a nice, crisp pace, like it surfed its own momentum once it got going. Lots of vinyasas in this one, I hope you enjoy it.

"Power Hour" classes are classic Power Yoga flows that move at a little quicker pace because we only have an hour. We spend a little less time on discussion of alignment and pay a little more attention to keeping the class flowing continuously.

"Yoga Moon" classes are gentler flows, concentrating on deeper release postures like forward bends, twists, and hip openers. I teach these classes at 10:45pm when the body and mind are very receptive to slowing down and sitting still.

class description
Yogi Chocolate named this class for me and it made me smile. It's a pretty classic Power Yoga vinyasa flow, but I give you a little time to bake in each posture so that you can really feel out your body and explore your edges.
