This is a challenging, intense, muscular practice with a thoughtful and playful sequence.

What to say? For a level 2/3 vinyasa class you can't do any better. Focus here are hips but true to Kathryn form, plenty of inverting, arm balancing and, as always, great instruction.

Wonderful, vigorous flow. Lots of energy and creativity and plenty of room to take poses wherever you want. A level 2-3 vinyasa that will make you sweat and give you the space to link mind and movement in an unobtrusive way. Thank you for the terrific class.

Another great class from Kathryn, December 31, 2009
With characteristic intelligence and fun, Kathryn gives terrific instruction in this core-focused class. Don't be put off, though. It's not all belly and is ultimately helping us get to that 'feeling of lightness in flight.' A great class.

As a Los Angeleno currently residing in Paris, I needed some good home-grown instruction to keep my practice growing, and Kathryn's classes have delivered. This core sequence leaves me feeling strong for days and has dramatically improved my handstands. Great work!

Right before I got pregnant I started practicing this class. It's SO awesome. It really re-invigorated my practice and opened a new 'yoga-door' for me. I can't wait to practice it post-natal to get back in shape. I love Kathryn's attitude- it's a very unintimidating and uplifting spirit to be infused with as you advance your practice dramatically and improve your muscle structure.
Can't wait to let my daughter listen to it while I practice!

Accessible and Balanced but Challenging, January 23, 2010
I am living in Paris and have been using Kathryn's downloadable classes to spice up my home practice. Because I am here studying wine, it sometimes happens that I wake up ... hungover. This class is the best remedy I have discovered: it detoxes the body by slowly building heat and then wringing it out via twisting. It also contains enough focus on breath and balance to help me ground and focus. Another great class.
